Choosing
an Email Marketing Tool
|
| When choosing an email
marketing tool to manage your email campaigns, do what any
good business does: put your client's needs first. For starters, your
software should allow you to create professional looking emails that
let your customer know that they're not receiving spam. It should also
allow the email to be personalized so that their name appears in the
text instead of a generic salutation. Images are great, but there
should be flexibility for those email users who choose only to receive
email in text form. Any good email marketing tool should automatically
require the information that separates spam from legitimate
advertisements such as contact information and the ability to "opt-out"
of future emailings. If you use the right tools, many will choose to
remain on the list since it's obvious that the email was sent to them
as a service, not as random spam. |
