Client Support Specialist

If you are looking for an exciting, fast-paced position in a growing company that puts you on the front-line with key customers, SubscriberMail has an open position for a Client Support/Technical Support Specialist reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Services.

Put your skills to the test and show us and our clients your strong understanding of marketing and technology and be able to step in and assist customers in executing their email marketing campaigns. You will also train new clients how to properly use our on-line email marketing system.

We are a company that is passionate about serving our clients. Our responsive client support team prevents calls from going to voice mail and responds to emails quickly. We need you to quickly identify and assign priorities to tasks and deliver exceptional client experiences to a prestigious client roster that includes the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks, the American Marketing Association, Brunswick Bowling, Toshiba and many more.

You will be responsible for setting up new client accounts, maintaining customer records (Salesforce.com experience is a plus), resolving product or service issues and training customers to use our online product. A great Client Support Specialist also helps serve our clients by recommending potential products and/or our additional services that enhance their overall marketing efforts.

This candidate must demonstrate computer experience in various Internet browsers, email applications and some experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce.com) to log client interaction and manage daily workflow. You must be able to quickly and independently provide proactive solutions for the client in unusual or emergency situations. The successful candidate must also possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while working within a team environment using good business acumen to satisfy our clients' needs to the benefit of both our clients and SubscriberMail.

Requirements
  • 3+ years previous Client Support office experience or equivalent serving Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer clients.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of the Client Support team in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
  • Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills to communicate effectively within all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and email is critical.
  • Ability to calmly, creatively and effectively solve problems quickly in a professional manner.
  • Must multi-task with great attention to detail in a diverse and active environment.
  • Effectively manage project schedules and work within tight time constraints to meet deadlines.
